A soft, elegant take on the world's most celebrated red. Cabernet Sauvignon is the noble grape of Bordeaux, planted right across the globe, yet rarely grown as high or as cool as it is here. Serving Suggestion
Serve at 16 to 18 degrees in a large red wine glass. Decant for around 30 minutes to let the aromatics open up. Drinking beautifully now, with the structure to develop further over the next few years in the cellar.
