This one is for the Gin lovers; created from the Estate’s distilled wine grapes and infused with juniper, and the leaves of our Arbequina olives (grown at our Olive Grove in Canyonleigh), which produce our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Olive leaves have been infused into the mix to give our gin its subtle green hue.
