2026 Pinot Grigio Single Vineyard
Our first Pinot Grigio, made for the warmer days. Fresh, clean and effortlessly drinkable, this single vineyard expression captures the bright citrus and orchard fruit that make Pinot Grigio such a favourite at the table. The name means “grey pinot”, a nod to the grape’s greyish-blue skin, and the variety began as a natural colour variation of Pinot Noir.
Grown at altitude in the cool-climate Southern Highlands, our vines sit 750 metres above sea level at Canyonleigh. Slow ripening and cool nights preserve natural acidity, giving this wine its brightness, freshness and drive.
An approachable, drink-now style, made to be enjoyed young while its citrus and honeysuckle aromatics are at their most vibrant.
Tasting Notes
- Chiffon yellow in colour.
- Nose of lemon and lime zest with a subtle hint of honeysuckle.
- Clear, bright yellow apple with a twist of citrus on the palate, finishing clean and crisp.
