PepperGreen Estate Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Litre Tin is a single estate, single varietal Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from the Southern Highlands, New South Wales, in a 3 litre tin. It is the oil our Tasting Room kitchen cooks with, in the size for a household that cooks every day.
Our award-winning Arbequina comes from a family owned and operated single estate olive grove, located in the high-altitude, cool-climate food and wine region of the Southern Highlands. The grove produces single varietal olives, which are processed on site. The result is an intensely aromatic oil with a hint of bitterness and a late, peppery finish.
Why a 3 litre tin?
- Made for everyday cooking. About 150 Australian tablespoons in one tin, enough to fry, roast, dress and bake without rationing.
- The oil our Tasting Room cooks with. Every entree and main on the menu is cooked or dressed in our own extra virgin olive oil.
- The lowest price per millilitre. Lower than our 500ml bottle.
- Easy to like. Soft, fruity and balanced, so the whole household will eat it, not only the person who reads labels.
