Fresh lime blossom on the nose with a mineral thread that carries through to a clean, crisp palate. The gentle sweetness sits in balance with bright acidity. The best wine to drink with sushi, sashimi, spicy Thai, Vietnamese and lighter seafood dishes. 1 x 2024 Rosé Single Vineyard (Gold Medal) A Provençal-style rosé with soft floral and herbal aromatics.
