The best wine to drink with sushi, sashimi, spicy Thai, Vietnamese and lighter seafood dishes. 1 x 2024 Rosé Single Vineyard (Gold Medal) A Provençal-style rosé with soft floral and herbal aromatics. Juicy and fruit driven with notes of strawberry, rhubarb and wild herbs. Semi dry, fresh and savoury. Brilliant with prawns, seafood, charcuterie and niçoise salad. 1 x 2021 Tempranillo (Gold Medal) Dark ruby red in the glass. Tobacco, herbaceous notes and blood plum on the nose. Medium bodied and herbal with a strong plum fruit drive and a spicy, savoury tannin finish. Recognised alongside wines from Rioja, Bordeaux and beyond.
